WHY DO I FEEL LIKE SOMEONE IS TOUCHING ME WHILE MEDITATING
QUESTION ASKED : Why do I feel like someone is touching me while meditating? I do akash mudra while meditating at night and I feel like someone is touching my neck, shoulders and back while meditating. But there is no one around. Why does it happen?
MY VIEW : When one feels like someone is touching his neck, shoulders and back while meditating MEANS he / she is NOT MEDITATING WELL OR NOT MEDITATING at all.
In meditation the concentration should be on the dot ( bindu ) and nothing in and around once one close his / her eyes.
One should try having control over his / her sense organs. Its because it is going to create hurdles in the concentration of the meditation.
One is in meditative state when he experience shunya Avastha ( zero state of mind ) i.e being deprived from all senses and happenings of in and around.
Meditation is not just sitting erect with eyes closing. No no no. . . .
Its not that easy as it sounds to be.
Once one reaches the deep meditative state then one will understand the experience and the experience will give more deep understanding. AND one will not come to open forum to ask any question nor will like to discuss about the experience.
It is not that I hate open forum, no no absolutely not.
The experience of the deep meditative state can not be share or expressed in a single article with few words. It’s a very vast experience which would taking many hours in describing the experiences orally.
Now think if it can take hours of oral explanation then how is it possible that a person speak about it in few sentences. Not possible.
