The 5th house in a horoscope signifies children and so the 5th cuspal sublord if signifying 2nd, 5th and 11th house will indicate a person having children.

One need to study if the cuspal sublord is not placed in barren sign and the 5th house itself is not a barren sign. It is because the barren sign has power to deny a child birth.
