As I have always said that vedic astrology is a complex subject of knowledge and one cannot understand it completely unless and until he learns the subject well.

One can not be full master of vedic astrology as it is a vast ocean of knowledge and one can only expect to be a student till the end of his / her life.

Let’s understand the question step by step.

One need to understand that the events of our life is the promises that is promised in one’s horoscope.

The delivery of the event is decided by the ruling mahadasha lord’s period and its sub periods ( antardasha, pratiantardasha, suskhmadasha and prandasha ).

Every planet is assigned with a set of events in a particular horoscope and it differs from horoscope to horoscope as per the significances of that horoscope.

So, what ever events a planet X will give in a horoscope will be / could be / would be given by other planets in another horoscope.

Suppose in a horoscope Jupiter is signifying marriage, may be in another horoscope it may signify some other event example job or journey or litigation or disease etc etc etc.

So, when a couples undergoing the same antardasha but different mahadasha, the impact will be different as per the promises made in an individual’s horoscope and the events signifying by the mahadasha and antardasha periods of that particular horoscope.

Every horoscope is unique and they give their event as per the placements of the planets in that horoscope and the events is decided by the planet of that horoscope as per its significance and a single event can be give by all the 9 planets in 9 different horoscopes.
