HOW CAN I CONTROL MY SUBCONSCIOUS MIND ?
It is difficult to control over subconscious mind but definitely not impossible.
Subconscious mind is a manifestation of our conscious mind and it is many a time very difficult to DECODE it by our own self without have proper knowledge of it. We need an expert GURU to help us in understanding it.
For a common person controlling the subconscious mind is a difficult ask as he do not know the root of its generation.
One need to learn different exercise / techniques from an expert GURU, who will teach a person about the self-realization first and then only proceed further.
SELF-REALIZATION IS VERY IMPORTANT IN LIFE AS THIS IS THE POINT WHERE WE UNDERSTAND OUR CONSCIOUS LEVEL AND UNDERSTAND BETWEEN REAL AND VIRTUALS.
Swami Ramkrishan Parmahansha said that what we see is not real, they are all virtual, created by vibration. Real is knowledge.
In my way of understanding I always take up the example of movie projected on the screen. We get emotional during sad scene and sometime we even cry during that scene. AT LAST WHEN THE MOVIE ENDS ITS ONLY THE WHITE SCREEN MAKING US REALIZE THAT ALL WE SAW WAS NOT REAL.
This is the same way a GURU also teach us about it in his own way to us. Once we understand about the TRUTH then an all ordinary events in our daily life do not manifest in our subconscious mind and thus we start learning to control our subconscious mind.
Our subconscious mind also have a divine connection and sometime GOD try to tell / explain something thru it. Sometime it is bit difficult to decode the instructions of GOD as it is not said in common local language.
A message is depicted thru and incident displayed in our subconscious level. We need to understand that play and decode the GIST / the hidden meaning of it and follow the path showed by GOD.
In a nutshell subconscious mind control is not an easy ask that every normal person can do at very first go after an instructions. No No No.
There could be claimer that they can teach it and a person can start doing within an hour after the lecture from him. They are fake and have a commercial interests. They may say that they do not charge any fees but their way of making money is in indirect ways.
